Lightweight polyester performance knit with moisture-wicking comfort and UPF 50+ sun protection. Thin and breathable, closer to a sun hoodie than a heavy fleece.
Fit and details
Adult pullover with a lined hood, drawcords, front pouch pocket, cuffs, and waistband. A light layer for everyday wear, practices, events, and travel.
All-over print
Full-color dye sublimation on the front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve, and hood. Your design and base color are printed into the fabric before the panels are cut and sewn, so artwork can run edge to edge instead of sitting inside a small print box.

Garment measurements are approximate. Chest width is measured straight across with the hoodie laid flat. Body length runs from the high point of the shoulder to the back hem, excluding the hood. Sleeve length runs from the center back of the neck to the cuff.

Artwork tips
Use the largest, cleanest file you have. A transparent PNG works best for logos. Export in sRGB and keep names and logos about ½ inch inside the panel edges, away from seams, the pocket, and the hood opening.

Can I order just one custom hoodie?
Yes. There is no minimum for this hoodie. Order one for yourself, or order for a whole roster. Team pricing starts at 2 hoodies and is based on the total number of these hoodies in your cart.
Is this hoodie made in the USA?
Yes. Each hoodie is printed, cut, and sewn to order in Phoenix, Arizona, after you place your order.
Is this a heavyweight fleece hoodie?
No. This is a lightweight polyester performance hoodie with a thin, breathable, moisture-wicking feel. For a warmer layer, browse our custom hoodies.
Can every hoodie have a different name or number?
Yes. In the Design Studio, add each name or number version as its own design. When several people share the same artwork and base color, use Sizes and quantities to group the size breakdown for that design. Our team ordering checklist helps you collect sizes, names, and numbers in one place.
Can I use more colors than the base color?
Yes. The base color is your starting point. Full-color artwork and backgrounds can cover each of the five panels. The cuffs, waistband, drawcords, and hood lining match the base color you select.
What artwork should I use?
Use a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or WebP. A transparent PNG works well for logos and illustrations. Prepare files in sRGB and keep important text and logos away from seams. The Studio warns you when artwork may print softly. Contact us if you need help checking a file.
Will the finished print look exactly like the screen preview?
Screens and printed fabric can show colors differently. Placement near seams, the pocket, and the hood opening can vary slightly. Keep names and logos clear of these areas, and review the proofs for every panel before you order.
When will my hoodie arrive?
Production takes 5–10 business days, plus shipping time. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout. Read our shipping policy, or contact us before ordering for a fixed event date.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Custom hoodies are made to order. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us with your order number and photos. Our returns and refund policy explains eligibility and reporting deadlines.
Are the gallery designs included automatically?
Gallery designs show creative examples, and you can use them as starting layouts in the Studio. The people and organizations shown are fictional, and the examples are not customer endorsements. Confirm your chosen artwork as part of your custom order.
