Yes. Names and numbers are part of the design and included in the price. Send a roster with each player’s name, number, and size after checkout, and the proof shows the back layout so you can check spelling before anything prints.

The hood is a lightweight single layer with a narrow stitched hem. The inside of the hood shows the white reverse of the printed fabric, which is normal for sublimated garments.

After checkout, send your files through our Get connected form (choose “An existing order” and put your order number in the first line; attach up to five files at 50 MB each) or email admin@newwaveprint.com with your order number in the subject. List each person’s name, number, and size in the same message, or attach a spreadsheet. If anything is missing, we reach out before we build your proof, so the hoodie is never printed with a gap.

For logos, a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) or a large PNG with a transparent background prints sharpest. For photos and all-over artwork, the original full-size JPG or PNG; a 300 DPI file at the printed size is ideal, and a sharp phone photo works for most hoodies. Not sure? Yes. We accept your own artwork, photos, and AI-generated designs. Send the largest, sharpest file you have: artwork prints as submitted, so a low-resolution image can lose sharpness when enlarged, and small details or effects in AI images may be simplified when we prepare the print file. Your proof shows the result before anything prints.

Screens and printed fabric show colors differently, and because each garment is sewn from separately printed panels, graphics can shift slightly at seams, sleeves, collars, and hoods. Keep logos and lettering clear of seams, review the proof carefully, and ask us about anything that looks off before you approve.

Yes. We email a digital proof showing your artwork on the garment. Check spelling, names, numbers, colors, and placement, and reply with any changes. We print only after you approve, and what you approve is what we make.

Send us the colors you use, a swatch, or an existing jersey photo, and we match them as closely as the sublimation process allows. Printed fabric and screens differ, so the proof is your check before production.

Yes, when you have the right to use it. Send logos, mascots, names, and photos you own or have permission to print. We cannot reproduce league or professional team marks, trademarked logos, or copyrighted characters without authorization.

Custom apparel is made to order, so it is final sale except for a production error, a defect, damage in transit, or an item that does not match the proof you approved. Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos, and eligible claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund under our refund policy.
