Starting layouts
Open one of four campaign layouts and make it yours, or start from a blank banner. Every layout is editable: swap the text, replace the artwork, and change the colors.
Your artwork
Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 20 MB, with up to eight files per design. A transparent PNG looks best, and Remove white background cleans up a logo saved on white. Have a vector file? Attach the AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG original for our print team.
Text
Thirteen print typefaces with fill color, two outlines, arc, rotation, letter spacing, and uppercase. Every line prints exactly as it appears in your proof.
Color and pattern
Start with any of 24 base colors, then run a fade, stripes, chevrons, camo, halftone, or carbon pattern across the whole banner. Stripe and chevron shapes can be added as layers of their own.
Preview and print layout
See your banner in a cloth preview you can turn and wave, then switch to the flat print layout with the trim edge, safe zone, and hem area marked, so you know exactly what prints where.
Print proof
Before your banner goes in the cart, you tick each line of text to confirm the spelling and review a print proof of the whole banner, made from the print files themselves. Artwork that may print soft, or that crosses the safe zone, a hem, or a grommet, is flagged first.

Sizes
Eight finished sizes, listed as height × width: 18 × 36, 18 × 60, 24 × 36, 24 × 60, 24 × 72, 36 × 60, 36 × 96, and 36 × 120 inches. Every size is landscape, wider than it is tall.
Fabric
600-denier polyester tent fabric, the same type of material used for canopy tents. Lightweight, and it folds flat between events.
Print
Full-color dye-sublimation on one side, edge to edge. The dye becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top as a layer, and your base color is printed too, so fades and patterns can run the full width.
Finishing
Sewn hems on all four edges and a metal grommet in each corner, ready to hang with zip ties, bungee cords, or rope.

PNG, JPG, or WebP in sRGB, up to 20 MB and 24 megapixels each, with up to eight files per design. An optional AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG original travels with your order for our print team.
Resolution
Aim for 150 DPI or more at printed size. A logo printed 24 inches wide needs about 3,600 pixels across, and the studio shows the DPI as you resize. Your print files are prepared at 300 DPI.

Made to order in Phoenix, Arizona. Production takes 5–10 business days after you order; delivery time is additional.

How it works

Four steps to your banner.

  1. Choose your color and size.

    Pick one of 24 base colors and one of 8 sizes, set your quantity, and select Customize. The Banner Design Studio opens right on this page.

  2. Design your banner.

    Start from a campaign layout or a blank banner, upload your logo or photo, and add your text. Keep the words that matter inside the safe zone, away from the hems and grommets.

  3. Check your proof and add to cart.

    Select Add to cart and the studio prepares a print proof of the whole banner. Tick each line of text to confirm the spelling, review the proof, then add your banner and check out.

  4. We print it and ship it.

    Our print team checks your layout against the finishing guides, prints and finishes your banner, and ships it with the option you chose at checkout.

We ship to U.S. addresses by USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Day Air where available, with rates shown at checkout. Orders over $300 ship free by standard shipping. Faster shipping shortens transit time, not production time.

Custom fabric banner questions

Which size should I choose?

Sizes are listed as height × width. 18 × 36 and 24 × 36 inches suit a table front or a storefront window. 24 × 72 and 36 × 60 anchor the back wall of a 10 × 10 booth, and 36 × 120 spans it edge to edge. 36 × 96 and 36 × 120 are also the sizes for fences, gyms, and long walls. A common signage guideline is about 1 inch of letter height for every 10 feet of viewing distance, so size your main message for the distance people will read it from.

Can I order a vertical banner, or a size that isn’t listed?

All eight sizes are landscape. For a vertical banner or a different size, contact us with the dimensions you need before you order.

How is it printed?

With full-color dye-sublimation on 600-denier polyester tent fabric. The dye becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top as a separate layer, and your base color is printed along with your design, so the whole face is one continuous print.

What artwork works best?

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. JPG and WebP work too, up to 20 MB per file and eight files per design. Export in sRGB; CMYK files aren’t supported. Aim for 150 DPI or more at printed size; the studio flags artwork that might print soft. We print your files as supplied and don’t redraw or retouch logos, so upload the best version you have. How do I hang it?

Through the four corner grommets, with zip ties, bungee cords, rope, or hooks. The sewn hems keep the edges flat. Keep text and logos inside the safe zone the studio marks, so the hems and grommets never cross your message.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. 600-denier tent fabric is the same type of material used for canopy tents, so it’s at home at markets, fields, and outdoor events as well as indoors. For the longest life, bring it in between events and store it folded or rolled.

Will I see a proof before it prints?

Yes, in the studio. Before your banner goes in the cart you confirm the spelling of every line and review a print proof made from the print files themselves. After you order, our print team checks the layout against the finishing guides before it goes to print.

Can I order more than one banner, or different designs?

Yes. For identical banners, set the quantity before you select Add to cart in the studio. For a different design, reopen Customize, make your changes, and add it again; each design keeps its own Design ID in your cart.

How soon will it ship?

Your banner ships 5–10 business days after you order. Because you approve your proof in the studio, there’s no proof to wait on afterward. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Need it for a market, game, or event date? Contact us with your in-hand date before you order.

What if something isn’t right?

Your banner is made to order, so it’s final sale. If it arrives with a production error, damage, or a difference from the proof you approved, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund. Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us right away; once production starts, it generally can’t be canceled. Are the designs in the photos included?

Yes, as starting points. The campaign designs in our photos are editable layouts in the studio: open one, swap in your own text and artwork, and make it yours. The blank photo shows your selected size and color.
