The customer service was a little tenuous. Severe lack of communication. But they did do a great job. I am pleased with my product.

Our canopy walls are printed using high-quality dye sublimation, producing vibrant colors and sharp graphics that will not fade, crack, or peel.
Premium Fabric – Not Vinyl
Our canopy walls are made from lightweight tent fabric, not heavy vinyl.
This allows the banner to remain flexible and durable while producing bright, photo-quality prints using dye sublimation technology.
Unlike vinyl banners:
✔ Colors are vibrant and crisp
✔ Print will not crack or peel
✔ Lightweight and easy to transport
✔ Fabric moves naturally with the tent
✔ Professional appearance for vendor booths and events
Because the design is infused directly into the fabric fibers, the graphics become part of the material rather than sitting on top like vinyl prints.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 17 reviews.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my now second purchase from New Wave Print. This time around, I submitted my logo and left the process up to NWP. When the product arrived, I was a little taken back by how large the logo was…. I messaged them and told them that I was not thrilled about the size, but that I would not leave a review until I put up the wall and tested it out. I also acknowledged that I didn’t ask for a proof, so it would be my fault if it did not look as intended. However, after putting up the wall, it looked perfect. We will be flanking it with curtains and I immediately messaged NWP and apologized to them for not fully trusting their expertise and judgement. Long story short…. I will continue to recommend and order from New Wave Print. Thank you.
