A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) or a large PNG with a transparent background prints sharpest. A JPG or a screenshot can work for a simple logo, but edges may soften when it is enlarged. Send the largest, sharpest file you have: artwork prints as submitted, so a low-resolution image can lose sharpness when enlarged, and small details or effects in AI images may be simplified when we prepare the print file. Yes, when you have the right to use it. Send logos, mascots, and names you own or have permission to print. We cannot reproduce league or professional team marks, trademarked logos, or copyrighted characters without authorization.

Custom apparel is made to order, so it is final sale except for a production error, a defect, damage in transit, or an item that does not match the proof you approved. Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos, and eligible claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund under our refund policy.
