How do I choose my size?
Compare the chest and length measurements in the chart above with a jersey that already fits: Youth runs from Small (ages 6–7: chest 30 in, length 20 in) to X-Large (ages 12–13: chest 38 in, length 24.5 in), and Adult from Small (chest 40 in, length 26 in) to X-Large (chest 46 in, length 30 in). Chest is measured around the fullest part, length from the bottom of the neck to the hem. Measurements are approximate and may vary by ±1 inch. Are flags and belts included?
No. This listing is for the sleeveless jersey only; flag belts and flags are not included. Every jersey is made to order in the base color you choose, with your team's design sublimated on the front and back.
How do I add player names and numbers?
Select Customize on this page. The customizer opens the front and back of the jersey with editable team-name and number text, lets you upload your logo, and includes a Team Wear step with one row per player: name (up to 18 characters), number (1–2 characters), and quantity. Sizes come from the Youth/Adult and Size options, so add each size to the cart with its players. If you would rather send a roster file, contact New Wave Print with your order number after checkout.
What artwork works best?
A clean, high-resolution logo file. A transparent-background PNG or a print-ready PDF is preferred; avoid screenshots, blurry logos, and small web images, which lose fine detail in print. If you are unsure about your file, contact New Wave Print before ordering.
Will the print crack, peel, or fade?
No. Sublimation dyes your team colors, logo, names, and numbers into the fabric instead of applying them to the surface, so the graphics will not crack, peel, or fade like surface-applied decorations.
How long does production take?
Every jersey is made to order. Most team orders are completed in 10–14 business days after final design approval, and late additions or replacement jerseys of 1–2 pieces are typically completed within one week, depending on the production schedule. Shipping time is additional. For a specific season or tournament date, contact New Wave Print with your quantity and required in-hand date before ordering.
Can I order a single jersey?
Yes. Each size is added to the cart separately, so a team can order every player's size on one order, and a single jersey works for a late addition or a replacement.
Which football jersey should I choose?
