Getting started

How to order your team's shorts

Choose your base color.

Browse the 24 base colors and the blank and on-field photos for each one.
Pick each player's size.

Select Youth or Adult and the size from the chart for each player, and order at least 6 shorts in total.
Create your team design.

Open the design studio to add your team colors, logo, and player names or numbers. Place a clear PNG, JPG, or WebP image on your design; you can attach a source file for the print team too.
Approve your design and order.

Review the front and back print proofs, check your artwork and player details, and approve the design. Confirm sizes and a total of at least 6 pairs before checkout.

Before you upload artwork

Use the clearest logo file available, and only use designs you own or have permission to use.

Product photos and screen previews are visual guides; colors can vary with display settings and source artwork.

How do I choose my size?

Compare the waist and inseam measurements in the chart above with a pair of shorts that already fits: Youth runs from X-Small (waist 19.5 in, inseam 4 in) to X-Large (27.5 in, 7 in), and Adult from Small (29 in, 7 in) to 2X-Large (36 in, 8 in). Measurements are approximate and may vary by ±1 inch. You can also view the full size chart.

Are the numbers and designs in the photos included?

The athletes, team marks, and numbers shown are original fictional examples created to show what is possible. The blank studio photo shows the selected base color; your own logo, colors, and numbers make the finished design.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 6 shorts in total. Choose the sizes and age groups needed for your team and review the total quantity before checkout.

Will the print crack, peel, or fade?

No. Sublimation dyes your team colors, logos, and numbers permanently into the fabric rather than applying them to the surface, so the graphics will not crack, peel, or fade like surface-applied decorations. The fabric itself is UV50+ rated.

What artwork works best?

Use a clear, high-resolution PNG, JPG, or WebP image for artwork that appears on the shorts. A transparent-background PNG works well for logos. You may also attach an AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG source file for the print team; it does not replace the visible artwork. Avoid blurry logos and small web images, which lose fine detail in print. If you are unsure about your file, contact New Wave Print before ordering.
