How to order your table cover

Choose your table size.

Select 4, 6, or 8 feet to match the length of your table. For another size, ask New Wave Print through the contact page before ordering.

Add the cover to your cart.

Set your quantity, add the table cover to your cart, and check out.

Send your artwork.

Attach your files on the New Wave Print contact page, using the same name and email as your order, and say whether every side gets the same artwork or each side gets its own.

Approve your mock-up.

New Wave Print sends a mock-up within 24 hours of receiving your files. Check spelling, placement, and colors on every side, then approve it to start printing.

Before you send artwork

Your files are placed on the cover as supplied, so send the highest-resolution PDF or PNG.

Product photos and screen previews are visual guides; colors can vary with display settings and source artwork.

Table cover questions

Which size should I order?

The 4, 6, and 8 foot options are named for the table they fit: 48, 72, and 96 inches long. Measure the length of your table and choose the matching size. For a table that is not one of these lengths, contact New Wave Print about a custom size before ordering.

Can each side have different artwork?

Yes. All four sides are printed in full color, and you can use the same design all around or different artwork on each side; say which is which when you send your files. If you only need the front printed, see the custom table cover in black or white, and for a smaller accent piece see the custom printed table runner.

What artwork works best?

High-resolution PDF or PNG files. Screenshots and small web images are not high enough resolution for a print this size. Files are placed on the cover as supplied, without retouching or logo changes, so send the best version you have. If you are unsure about a file, contact New Wave Print before ordering.

How do I send my files?

There is no upload step at checkout. After ordering, attach your files on the contact page with the same name and email you used for the order, and note which artwork goes on which side. New Wave Print prepares a mock-up from those files within 24 hours.

What happens after I order?

Within 24 hours of receiving your files, New Wave Print sends a mock-up for your approval. Once you approve it, printing and shipping begin. For a show or event date, contact New Wave Print with your required in-hand date before ordering.

Where can I use it?

Trade shows, farmers markets, corporate events, fashion shows, makeup shows, and other events: anywhere your table should carry your brand on every side. A carry bag is included for moving the cover between events.

Can I cancel or return it?

Each cover is made to order with your artwork, so cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once the order is placed. Ask any questions before you order, and check the mock-up carefully before you approve it.
