Your artwork
Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP. A transparent PNG looks best, and one tap removes a white background. Have a vector file? Attach the AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG original for our print team.
Names and numbers
Seven bold typefaces, with fill color, two outlines, arc, and letter spacing. Every name and number prints exactly as you set it.
Color and pattern
Start with any of 24 base colors, then run a fade, stripes, chevrons, camo, halftone, or carbon across the full panel.
Left and right
Mirror the left sleeve onto the right, or turn mirroring off and design each sleeve separately.
Live preview
Spin your sleeves on the arm in a live 3D preview, then check the flat print layout with its cut line and ¼-inch safe zone.
Print proof
Before your pair goes in the cart, you confirm every name and number and review a print proof of both sleeves, made from the print file itself. Artwork that’s low resolution or too close to a seam or hem is flagged first.

Full-panel sublimation in full color, edge to edge. The base color is printed too, so fades and patterns can cover the whole sleeve.

How we measure
Each sleeve lies flat and unstretched. Length runs top to wrist; widths run straight across each opening. These are garment measurements, not arm measurements.

How it works

Four steps to your pair.

  1. Choose your color and size.

    Pick one of 24 base colors and the size that fits. The flat measurements above make it easy to compare with a sleeve you already own.

  2. Select Customize.

    The NWP Design Studio opens right on this page. Start from a ready-made layout or a blank sleeve, then add your artwork, names, and numbers.

  3. Check your pair.

    Select Add to cart and the NWP Design Studio prepares a print proof of both sleeves. Tick each name and number to confirm the spelling, then add your pair.

  4. Check out.

    Each design gets its own Design ID in your cart. For identical pairs, set the quantity first. For the next player, reopen Customize, change the name or number, and add again.

Screens vary, so printed colors can look slightly different from your display.

We ship to U.S. addresses by USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Day Air where available, with rates shown at checkout. Orders over $300 ship free by standard shipping. Faster shipping shortens transit time, not production time.

Custom arm sleeve questions

Do I get one sleeve or two?

Two. Every order is a matching pair in the color and size you choose, and the price includes both sleeves and your design.

Can the left and right sleeves be different?

Yes. The right sleeve mirrors the left by default. Turn off Mirror both sleeves in the NWP Design Studio to design the right sleeve on its own.

Which size should I choose?

Lay a sleeve you already own flat without stretching it, then measure its length and straight across the top and wrist openings. Small is 12 in long with a 3.75 in top and 2.75 in wrist, Medium is 14 in with 4.25 in and 3.12 in, and Large is 16 in with 5.00 in and 3.75 in. The widths are flat garment measurements, not arm measurements. Between sizes, or prefer less compression? Choose the larger size.

What artwork works best?

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. JPG and WebP work too, up to 20 MB per file and eight files per design. Export in sRGB; CMYK files aren’t supported. If a file might print soft, the NWP Design Studio tells you before you order. Not sure about a file? Contact us.

Ordering for a team?

Design the first pair and add it to your cart. Then reopen Customize, change the name or number, and add the next pair; each personalized pair keeps its own Design ID. For identical pairs, set the quantity before you add. Planning a large roster or a firm event date? Contact us before you order. How long will my order take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. Because you approve your proof in the NWP Design Studio, there’s no proof to wait on after you order. Your pair then ships with the option you choose at checkout. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before you order.

What if something isn’t right?

Your sleeves are made to order, so they’re final sale. If they arrive with a production error, damage, or a difference from the proof you approved, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund. See the refund policy for details.

Are the teams in the photos real?

No. The athletes, teams, and crests in our photos are fictional examples, created to show what’s possible. Your sleeves carry your own design.
